Calls are paid with coins you buy in advance. New accounts get some trial time first, and an automatic anti-abuse system decides how much. After that, each person sets their own price for a call, so there is no single rate. A notice appears just before charging starts, so a call never turns paid without warning.
Can I turn off my camera?
A video call uses your camera and your microphone, and the browser asks for both when the call starts. If you would rather talk without being on camera, use voice chat instead: it is a separate one-on-one mode that only needs your microphone.
How long can a call last?
There is no fixed length to count down. Once the trial time is used, a paid call keeps going for as long as your coins cover it, and you can top up during the call without hanging up. Either of you can end it at any moment.
Can I call the same person again?
Yes. After a good conversation you can message the person and call them again later from your messages or from their profile, instead of waiting for the match to bring you back together.
Are calls recorded?
No. Pink Chat Live does not record calls, and chats are not routinely read. If you report a conversation, only the part you reported is reviewed, by a person. Remember the other side could still capture their own screen, so keep private details private.
