Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, join a call or buy coins on Pink Chat Live. By using the service you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it.

2. Your account

You can start a first chat without filling in a profile, but buying coins requires a signed-in account. Each account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account.

3. Rules of use

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Among other things, you must not:

• show, send or ask for explicit or intimate material;
• involve anyone under 18 in any way — such cases are reported to the authorities;
• harass, threaten or pressure anyone, or continue after they have said no;
• record a call, capture images of another person, or share any part of a conversation;
• ask people for money, payment details or verification codes, or use calls to advertise or recruit;
• pretend to be someone else, or interfere with the service or its security.

4. Coins and billing

• Calls are paid with coins that you buy in advance and that are used while a paid call runs.
• New accounts receive some trial time. An automatic anti-abuse system decides how much, so no particular amount is promised.
• There is no single rate. Each person sets their own price, so calls of the same length can cost different amounts.
• A notice appears just before charging starts, so a call never moves from trial time to paid time without warning.
• Payments are handled by a payment provider. Pink Chat Live does not store card numbers.

5. Reports, removals and blocks

Reports are reviewed by people. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms. An account removed for a breach is removed permanently, and the same person may not register again. Blocks you place are permanent. You or the other person may end any call at any time.

6. Calls and privacy

Pink Chat Live does not record calls. How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

7. The service as it is

Pink Chat Live is provided as it is and as available. Who you can talk to depends on who is online at the time, so we do not guarantee any particular person, waiting time or uninterrupted service. The people you meet are responsible for what they say and do on a call; take care with what you share (see the Safety Center). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use Pink Chat Live after an update means you accept the new terms.
