Cookie Policy
Pink Chat Live uses a small number of cookies and some browser storage, mostly to keep you signed in and to keep the service safe. No advertising cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (often called local storage) works in a similar way. Both let a site remember something between one page and the next, or between visits.
Strictly necessary
These make the service work. Without them you cannot stay signed in or make calls.
- Sign-in cookies — remember your session, your account ID and the app version you are using, so you stay signed in and your coin balance follows you. They also let the home-screen app restore your session.
- Device identifier (
C_DEVICE_ID) — a random ID for your browser, used to detect fraud and abuse and to keep removed accounts out. - Browser storage — keeps your sign-in token and app settings on your device.
Preferences
Browser storage also remembers small choices, such as settings you changed in the app, so you do not have to set them again on every visit.
Analytics
When analytics is switched on, Pink Chat Live uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they use. Google Analytics sets cookies whose names start with _ga. The data is used in aggregate to improve the site, not to show you adverts.
Advertising
Pink Chat Live does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can see, block or delete cookies in your browser settings — usually under "Privacy" or "Site data". Blocking strictly necessary cookies or clearing browser storage will sign you out, and parts of Pink Chat Live will stop working. You can block analytics cookies without affecting calls.
More about how we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy.
Getting in touch
[email protected] reaches a person. For anything that happened inside a chat, the report control is faster — contact lists which route fits what.
