Pink Chat Live Safety Center
Is pink video chat safe? On Pink Chat Live, safety comes from a few simple things working together: clear rules, a person behind every report, blocks that last, and calls that are never recorded. This page explains each of them — and what you can do yourself to keep every conversation comfortable.
- Reports reviewed by people
- Report & block in a tap
- Calls are not recorded
The basics
Our Safety Rules
Everyone who uses Pink Chat Live agrees to the community guidelines. These are the rules that matter most for your safety, and how we back them up.
At least 18 years old
Everyone on Pink Chat Live must be at least 18 years old to use it — no exceptions.
People review reports
Every report is read by a person, not only by an automatic filter.
Removed means removed
Accounts taken down for breaking the rules cannot sign up again.
Blocks are permanent
Once you block someone, they cannot reach you on Pink Chat Live again.
Calls are not recorded
Pink Chat Live does not record calls, and chats are not routinely read.
Data is not sold
Your personal data is never sold, and card numbers are not stored.
If something feels wrong
How to Report or Block Someone
You never have to finish a conversation you don't like. Ending a call is always one tap away, and leaving is not rude — it is what the button is for. If the other person did something that breaks the rules, report them as well, so it doesn't happen to the next person.
- Leave the call if you want to stop straight away. You can report afterwards.
- Open the report option. The Report and Block controls are inside the chat and on the person's profile.
- Choose Report and say what happened. A short, specific description helps the person who reviews it.
- Choose Block if you never want to hear from them again. A block is permanent and takes effect at once.
Report and block are separate on purpose: blocking protects you, and reporting lets us act so the same person can't do it to someone else. If in doubt, do both.
Your part
Protect Your Privacy
A good conversation is about tastes, places and everyday life. None of it needs details that identify you. Keep these to yourself:
- your full name, home address, workplace or school;
- phone numbers, social media handles, or other apps someone wants you to "move to";
- bank or payment details, and any verification code sent to your phone — nobody on Pink Chat Live ever needs one;
- documents or photos that show who you are or where you live.
Remember what the camera shows. Pink Chat Live does not record calls, but the other person controls their own device and could record their screen without you knowing. Don't do or show anything on a call that you wouldn't want saved. Check your background too — post, photos on the wall or a window view can give away more than you think.
If someone pushes for personal information, asks for money, or threatens to share something about you, end the call and report it.
After you report
What We Do With Reports
Every report is reviewed by a person. They look at what you described and at the part of the conversation that was reported — chats are not read routinely, only what a report points to.
When the rules were broken, the account is removed. Removed accounts cannot sign up again, so a ban is not something a person can get around by starting over with a new account.
Because calls are not recorded, the details you put in your report matter: say what happened, in your own words, and report as soon as you can while it is fresh. Blocking at the same time means you won't hear from that person again, whatever the outcome of the review.

Contact Our Safety Team
For anything that happened during a chat, the Report control is the fastest route — it reaches the people who review reports with the right conversation attached. For everything else, including a safety concern that isn't about one chat, the contact page lists how to reach us. If you are ever in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
